  • Für unseren Standort in Kaiserslautern suchen wir einen
  • zuverlässigen und engagierten Logistikadministrator (m/w/d), der die
  • administrativen Prozesse im Warenausgang mit Schwerpunkt Sortation
  • koordiniert und unterstützt.

WAS ERWARTET DICH ?

  • Erstellung der Frachtpapiere für den Warenausgang
  • Zuweisung von Wechselbrücken und Sattelzügen zu den Verladerampen
  • Überwachung der termingerechten Bereitstellung und Abholung
  • Erfassung und Abschluss beladener Fahrzeuge im
  • Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Bearbeitung von Unstimmigkeiten und Tickets im Kundenportal
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Paketausschleusung
  • Sicherstellung der Abhol- und Abfahrtszeiten
  • Überwachung der Pufferzonen sowie Kontrolle der verladenen Pakete

DAS BRINGST DU MIT :

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kenntnisse in WMS-Systemen, idealerweise AS400
  • Erfahrung in administrativen Tätigkeiten und der
  • Kundenkommunikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie soziale
  • Kompetenz
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
