#### Unternehmensbeschreibung

Für unseren Kunden, ein Traditionsunternehmen aus der Handelsbranche nahe Augsburg, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine\*n Logistikcontroller (m/w/d), welche\*r die Finance-Abteilung im Zuge einer umfassenden Transformation und Modernisierung der Controllingprozesse und Strukturen erweitert.

#### Jobbeschreibung

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung regelmäßiger Logistik-Reportings (z.B.
  • Preisentwicklungen, Einsparungen, Lieferantenperformance) Business Partnering für Leiter der Logistikstandorte
  • Durchführung von Forecasts, Abweichungsanalysen sowie Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
  • Analyse von Logistikkosten, Durchlaufzeiten, Lagerreichweite, Prozesskosten und Working-Capital-Effekten
  • Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung von Logistikkennzahlen (z.B. Durchlaufzeiten, Flächenauslastung, Termintreue, Logistikkosten je Einheit)
  • Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy-Analysen und strategischen Standort-Entscheidungen (Center-of-Gravity-Analyse)
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen, Systemen und Reportingstrukturen
  • Entwicklung datenbasierter Vorschläge zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostenoptimierung in der Logistik

#### Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Supply Chain Management
  • Mehrjährige operative Berufserfahrung im Logistikcontrolling bzw. Supply Chain Controlling
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Logistikkennzahlen und Kostenstrukturen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management oder Logistik
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
