Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich Messen/Ausstellungen
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Kleinstaufträgen
  • Versand von mobilen Messewänden/Giveaways/Exponaten nach Kundenanforderung
  • Verwaltung von Versandlager (mobile Messewände/Giveaways/Exponate)
  • Lagerorganisation
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung und Überwachung von Versendungen/Retouren
  • Angebotserstellung/Abrechnung

Ihr Profil:

  • strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit auch unter Termindruck
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Eignung sind willkommen
