WAS SIE BEI UNS BEWEGEN KÖNNEN

  • Koordination nationaler und internationaler Sendungen innerhalb und außerhalb der EMEA-Region
  • Übernahme der vollständigen Versandabwicklung für Pakete, Paletten und Spezialtransporte
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand-, Export- und Zolldokumenten
  • Auswahl und Beauftragung geeigneter Speditionen, Transportarten und Incoterms
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Klärung von Transport-, Zoll- und Dokumentationsproblemen
  • Organisation zeitkritischer Transporte, Expresssendungen, Luftfracht und Messeversand
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Kunden und Logistikdienstleistern
  • Bearbeitung von Wareneingängen und Prüfung von Frachtrechnungen
  • Pflege relevanter Versand-, Transport- und Bestandsdaten
  • Optimierung von Prozessen in der Transportkoordination und internationalen Logistik

WELCHE STÄRKEN SIE EINSETZEN

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Logistik , Versand, Spedition, Transport oder Supply Chain
  • Gute Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Versandabwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit Import, Export, Zollabwicklung und den erforderlichen Dokumenten
  • Kenntnisse in Luftfracht, Straßentransport, Kurierdiensten und Incoterms
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office , insbesondere Excel, Outlook, Word und Teams
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung mit zeitkritischen Transporten, technischer Hardware oder Rechenzentrumslogistik wünschenswert
