Wir liefern Ersatzteile für alle Fahrzeuge: Pkw, Lkw, Busse und Anhänger.

Sie übernehmen die operative Verantwortung für die Logistik am PROFI PARTS Standort Koblenz, führen Ihr Team und sorgen mit Hands-on-Mentalität für effiziente Abläufe, Qualität und Termintreue.

  • Logistikleiter m/w/d Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die logistischen Prozesse am Standort
  • Steuerung von Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung, Warenausgang und Retouren
  • Sicherstellung von Termintreue und Qualität
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen sowie Umsetzung von KVP-Maßnahmen
  • Steuerung der Logistik anhand relevanter Kennzahlen und KPIs
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen
  • Optimierung des Personal- und Ressourceneinsatzes
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Freude an der Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
