Als Lademeister:in sorgen Sie ab 01.12.2026 für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Hafenbetrieb und stellen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team einen sicheren und effizienten Umschlag von Schüttgütern sicher. Dabei übernehmen Sie insbesondere folgende Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Lade- und Entladeprozessen
  • Kontrolle der Laderäume sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hafenvorschriften
  • Koordination der Schiffsabfertigung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Ihres Schichtteams
  • Einarbeitung, Unterweisung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen, sicheren und störungsfreien Betriebsablaufs
  • Digitale Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der Umschlagsprozesse
