  • Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung und Verantwortung von Materialflusskonzepten vom Lieferanten bis zur Fertigungs- und Montagelinie
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Logistikprojekten sowie bereichsübergreifenden Teilprojekten
  • Koordination von Schnittstellen zwischen Planung, Projektorganisation und operativer Umsetzung
  • Planung und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse, Arbeitsabläufe und Verpackungskonzepte
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen, z. B. Make-or-Buy-Analysen
  • Auswahl und Bewertung logistischer Dienstleister sowie Auslegung von Mehrwegsystemen und Pooling-Konzepten
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management, Technische Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Materialflussplanung, Logistikplanung oder Supply Chain Management im Produktionsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden, Wertstromgestaltung, Verbesserungsmanagement, Verpackungsmanagement und 8D-Prozess
  • Erfahrung in der Automotive-Branche sowie idealerweise in Produktanläufen oder Montagelinienplanung
  • eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denkvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch gut
