Die IDEAL Automotive Group ist als zuverlässiger Systemlieferant und Entwicklungs-partner der Automobilindustrie weltweit bekannt und vertreten. Ab sofort suchen wir Ihre Kompetenz als Logistikprozessplanung (m/w/d) am Standort Bamberg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Layout- und Materialflussplanung für unsere Produktionswerke
  • Kalkulation, Umsetzung und Optimierung von innovativen SCM-Konzepten
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Local Key User bei der Implementierung des Ideal Automotive Logistik Konzeptes
  • Planung und Implementierung von komplexen Belieferungskonzepten (JIT/JIS/Perlenkette/KANBAN) bis zum Serieneinsatz und Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Übergabe an das Produktionswerk
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit den Werken, der IT, externen Partnern und unseren Kunden
  • Dokumentation, Schulung und Auditierung von Logistikprozessen

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabenbereich
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im JIS-/ JIT-Bereich Automotive
  • abgeschlossenes Studium Supply Chain/Logistik oder vergleichbare adäquate Ausbildung
  • IT-Affinität, Kenntnisse im SAP S/4 Hana, EWM, JIS Software
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-C2)
  • teamfähig, eigenverantwortlich, kommunikativ
  • analytisches Denkvermögen, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, prozessorientierte Denkweise
  • Bereichs- und aufgabenübergreifende Arbeitsweise
