Das werden Sie machen

  • Zusammenstellung der einzelnen, auszuliefernden Positionen zu Lieferaufträgen im System (SAP)
  • Erstellung der Frachtpapiere sowie der Zoll- und
  • Ausfuhrpapiere, dabei Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Beendigung dieser
  • Beauftragung der Transportdienstleister für alle Auslieferungen
  • Anmeldung von Luftfrachtsendungen beim Forwarder
  • und Einholen der notwendigen Luftfrachtdaten
  • Abgleich der Frachtrechnungen mit den archivierten
  • Frachtpapieren zur Durchführung der Transporte

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder alternativ passende kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Gute MS-Officekenntnisse
  • gute SAP-Kenntisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
