Ich leite eine etablierte Frühförderstelle im Landkreis Oberhavel und erweitere mein Angebot für Familien. Zur Verstärkung meines Teams suche ich einen engagierten und einfühlsamen Logopäden (m/w/d), der gemeinsam mit mir die frühzeitige Sprach- und Kommunikationsentwicklung von Kindern fördert und Familien unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von logopädischen Behandlungen bei Kindern
  • Entwicklung individueller Förderpläne zur Unterstützung der sprachlichen und kommunikativen Entwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Erziehern, Lehrkräften und anderen Fachkräften
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Familien in Bezug auf die sprachliche Förderung im Alltag
  • Dokumentation und Auswertung der Therapieprozesse
  • Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Teamsitzungen zur Förderung einer ganzheitlichen Betreuung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium zur Logopädin (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, idealerweise im Bereich der Frühförderung
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Familien und Kindern
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke
