Wir suchen logopädische Unterstützung für die Behandlung von Schluck-, Stimm- und Kommunikationsstörungen bei komplexen intensivpflegerischen Krankheitsbildern.

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Diagnostik und Therapie von Dysphagien
  • Mitwirkung im Trachealkanülen- und Dekanülierungsmanagement im interprofessionellen Team
  • Förderung von Stimme und Kommunikation
  • Anleitung von Patientinnen/Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Dokumentation und Teilnahme an Fallbesprechungen

# Das erwarten wir zwingend

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Logopädie/Sprachtherapie mit Berufszulassung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Dysphagietherapie
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit trachealkanülierten Patientinnen und Patienten

# Zusätzlich von Vorteil

Erfahrung in Intensivmedizin, Weaning, Neurologie oder Frührehabilitation

# Was wir bieten

  • Mitgestaltung eines spezialisierten Bereichs der außerklinischen Intensivpflege
  • Interprofessionelles Arbeiten mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Gehaltsspanne: 3.800–4.600 € brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung; zuzüglich etwaiger Zuschläge nach betrieblicher Regelung, sofern entsprechende Dienste anfallen
