  • Sie haben Ihr betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfolg abgeschlossen
  • Sie haben einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, sowie angeschlossenen Themen
  • Sie haben gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), DATEV
  • Sie sind teamfähig, gewissenhaft im Umgang mit persönlichen Daten und arbeiten selbstständig und zuverlässig

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind für die Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung zuständig
  • Sie erstellen termingerecht die monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Sie führen sozialversicherungsrechtliche Aufgaben durch
  • Sie betreuen und verwalten das Zeiterfassungssystem (Arbeitszeiten und Abwesenheiten)
  • Sie analysieren die laufenden Personalkosten und erstellen statistische Meldungen
  • Sie erfassen und pflegen Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
