Als Lohn- und Finanzbuchhalter sorgst Du für eine korrekte Lohnabrechnung und unterstützt Mandanten in lohn- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen.

## Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Lohnabrechnungen für die Arbeitnehmer unserer Mandanten
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Lohnsteuerprüfungen und Betriebsprüfungen der Deutschen Rentenversicherung
  • Beratung der Mandanten in lohn- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Finanzämtern und anderen Institutionen

## Profil

  • DATEV-Kenntnisse (DATEV Unternehmen Online, DATEV Lodas) wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse im Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Eigenständiges und genaues Arbeiten
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude an Kommunikation
  • Teamfähigkeit
