  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträger
  • Bearbeitung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Änderungen im laufenden Dienstverhältnis
  • Berechnung von Urlaubs- , Krankenstands- und Sonderzahlungsansprüchen
  • Durchführung von Jahresmeldungen und Auswertungen
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, Studium, o.Ä.)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Lohnverrechnung (z.B. WIFI, BFI) - unbedingt notwendig
  • Gute Kenntnisse des österreichischen Arbeits- , Sozial, und Steuerrechts
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Lohnverrechnungssoftware RZL und MS Office
  • Diskretion, Genauigkeit und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
