  • Eigenverantwortliche Lohn- & Gehaltsverrechnung sowie Zeitwirtschaft für inländische Konzerngesellschaften
  • Entgeltbezogene sowie arbeits- & sozialrechtliche Beratung unserer Mitarbeiter_innen & Führungskräfte sowie fachliche Unterstützung der werksseitigen HR Business Partner_innen
  • Funktionsbezogene Auswertungen, internes & externes Berichtswesen sowie Personaladministration
  • Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit in standortübergreifenden HR/Payroll Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännischer Abschluss sowie Personalverrechner_innenprüfung
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Wissensbasis im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer-& Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sichere MS Office Anwender_innenkenntnisse
  • Eigenständiger & genauer Arbeitsstil, gutes Kommunikationsvermögen & verlässliche_r Teamplayer_in
