  • Für unseren Standort in Peilstein suchen wir eine_n Personalverrechner_in (ab 25 Std./Woche) , für unsere laufende Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung. Egal ob Metall, Handel oder Bau KV - du sorgst dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos läuft. Wenn du Lust auf flexible Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeit) , eine gründliche Einarbeitung und ein kollegiales Umfeld hast, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung für Mitarbeiter_innen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen (Metall/Handel/Bau)
  • Erfassung und Kontrolle von Arbeitszeiten sowie Überleitung der Daten in die Fakturierung
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter_innen bei allen Fragen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Bearbeitung arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtlicher Themenstellungen
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Ämtern, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Deine Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung, idealerweise im Bauwesen und mit dem Kollektivvertrag Bauindustrie/Baugewerbe vertraut
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Personalverrechnung von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
