  • Stellenbeschreibung:
  • Führung eines Teams (ca. 10 Mitarbeiter_innen) in der Personalverrechnung
  • Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Beratung zu Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Persönliche Betreuung von Klient_innen und Kommunikation mit Behörden
  • Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, o.Ä.)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung sowie eine abgelegte Personalverrechnerprüfung
  • Führungskompetenz mit Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (BMD NTCS)
  • Das wird geboten:
