Unser Kunde ist eine etablierte Unternehmensgruppe mit Fokus auf visionäre Bauprojekte auf höchstem Niveau. Zur Erweiterung des Teams wird eine Personalverrechner:in gesucht.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der monatlichen Personalverrechnung für Arbeiter:innen und Angestellte (Bau-KV)
  • Betreuung und Verwaltung der Zeitaufzeichnungen, Reisekosten und Abwesenheiten
  • Ansprechpartner:in für arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Fragestellungen
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten und Erstellung von Auswertungen
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden, Ämtern und externen Partnern (z. B. BUAK, GKK, Finanzamt)
  • Unterstützung im HR- und Administrationsbereich
  • Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Personalverrechner:in (WIFI, BFI oder gleichwertig)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise in der Bau-Branche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau-KV und in BUAK-Meldungen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit [Software, z. B. BMD, RZL, Sage]
  • Genauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
  • Unser Angebot
