  • Dein Aufgabenbereich:
  • º Korrekte und pünktliche Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • º Ansprechpartner_in für alle lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • º Begleitung und Beratung der Abteilungsleitungen in lohnrelevanten Themenbereichen
  • º Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Tätigkeiten
  • Deine Qualifikation:
  • º Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Lohnbuchhaltung oder Personalwesen
  • º Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung
  • º Kenntnisse des Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie des öffentlichen Dienstrechts von Vorteil
  • º Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und analytisches Denken und Handeln
