In dieser Position übernimmst du die termingerechte und korrekte Durchführung der Personalverrechnung für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen insbesondere die Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Anliegen mit der ÖGK, die Prüfung von Abwesenheiten und Entgeltfortzahlungsansprüchen sowie die Berechnung von Urlaubsersatzleistungen. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Abwicklung von Exekutionen, bearbeitest Fälle der Altersteilzeit und ermittelst Ansprüche im Zuge von Austritten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinen Kolleg*innen zusammen und trägst dazu bei, dass personalverrechnungsrelevante Prozesse effizient, termingerecht und gesetzeskonform abgewickelt werden. Zudem bist du eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter*innen und andere Abteilungen und unterstützt bei Fragen rund um die Personalverrechnung.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse, weitere MS-Office-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Zahlenaffinität
  • Eigenverantwortliche & präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität & Einsatzbereitschaft
