Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Payroll-Teams mit 4 Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen und termingerechten Personalverrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner:in für arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle komplexer Abrechnungsfälle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Ämtern
  • Unterstützung bei Audits, Prüfungen und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Payroll-Prozesse

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, Studium oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung, idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Erfahrung mit dem Kollektivvertrag der Metalltechnischen Industrie von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder nachweisliches Potenzial zur Übernahme einer Führungsfunktion
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, BMD NTCS und gängigen Payroll-Systemen
