  • WAS DU BEI SMW MACHST:
  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung und der damit verbundenen fachspezifischen Agenden (Angestellte und Arbeiter)
  • Dienstvertragsmanagement (Ein- und Austrittsprozesse) und Zeiterfassungsmanagement
  • Ansprechperson bei arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- sowie lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Selbstständige Koordination der Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfung
  • Kontinuierliche, selbstständige Informationspflicht über gesetzliche und kollektivvertragliche Neuerungen
  • Personalmanagement (Onboarding, etc)
  • WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN:
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung,
  • idealerweise im industriellen (Konzern) Umfeld oder in einer StB/WPKanzlei
  • Personalverrechnungsprüfung vorausgesetzt
  • Praktische Erfahrung in BMD NTCS wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozial- und Einkommenssteuerrecht
