  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Koordination der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung (inkl. ggf. Inhouse-Abrechnung)
  • Personaladministration und Stammdatenpflege
  • Zeiterfassungs- und Fehlzeitenmanagement
  • Ansprechperson für arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtliche Fragestellungen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsprüfung (WIFI) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung im Zusammenhang mit Personalrückstellungen und Budgetplanung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse

  • Teilzeit/Vollzeit: Gleitzeit zwischen 06:00 - 19:00.

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 3.900,00 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
