  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • eigenständige Erfassung der Arbeitszeiten für unterschiedliche Branchen (Arbeiter und Angestellte)
  • Abrechnung in BMD NTCS
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalstammdaten
  • laufende Korrespondenz (u.a. Finanzamt, Gesundheitskassen)
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zur Abrechnung
  • Ihr Profil
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HLW)
  • erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnerprüfung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
  • Erfahrung mit BMD NTCS von Vorteil
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Verlässlichkeit, Belastbarkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
