Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie der Zeitwirtschaft für inländische Konzerngesellschaften
  • Beratung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften in entgeltrelevanten sowie arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der standortbezogenen HR Business-Partner
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Statistiken sowie Mitwirkung im internen und externen Berichtswesen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
