  • Für unsere Personalabteilung suchen wir Dich als Unterstützung im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden. Neben den allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten im Bereich Lohn- und Personalverrechnung gehören die

Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Kontrolle von Unterlagen

Pflege von Personalstammdaten in den HR-Systemen

Erfassen und Verwaltung von Arbeitszeiten, Urlauben und Abwesenheiten

Abrechnung unserer gewerblichen Mitarbeiter zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet

Das bist du:

Du hast sehr gute Computerkenntnisse (MS-Office, Excel, Word etc.)

  • Du bist eine freundliche und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Du bist genau, diskret und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Du verfügst bereits über mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Lohnverrechnung

SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
