Für unseren Kunden aus dem Handel suchen wir aktuell einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter in der Entgeltabrechnung.

Hier die Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Daten zur reibungslosen Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • enge Abstimmung mit dem Controlling, der Buchhaltung und dem restlichen HR-Team
  • erste Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung und betriebliche Altersvorsorge
  • Bearbeitung von Bescheinigungen, Pfändungen und Kommunikation mit Behörden und Krankenkassen
  • Eigenständige Berechnung variabler Gehaltsbestandteile, Incentives und Sachbezüge
  • Durchführung von Jahres-, Quartals- und Monatsabschlüssen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich des Payroll Managements

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll
  • umfassende Erfahrung als Payroll Specialist:in in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Tarifrecht
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in ADP Paisy, MS Excel und idealerweise ATOSS oder SAP SuccessFactors
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
