Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der vermittlungsorientierten Zeitarbeit einen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d) am Standort Köln. Die Position kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit besetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstamm- und Bewegungsdaten
Bearbeitung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Mitarbeitende bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung
Prüfung und Umsetzung steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Änderungen
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben im Personalbereich

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Sichere Kenntnisse in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
