Aufgaben

  • Organisation, Durchführung und Überwachung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen unserer Mandanten
  • Abwicklung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Erstellung von Personalstatistiken
  • Führen der Personalakten

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Sehr gute steuerrechtliche und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Belastbare Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Arbeits-, Tarif- und Lohnsteuerrecht
  • Gute DATEV-Kenntnisse
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Gründlichkeit Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
