Dein Job, deine Zukunft:

  • Du bist für die Buchung von lohn- bzw. gehaltsrelevanten Ab- und Bezügen zuständig
  • Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen werden von dir erstellt
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) bei Sozialversicherungsträgern, Finanzämtern etc.
  • Die Anlage und Pflege von Personalstammdaten wird von dir verwaltet
  • Du erstellst Reports bzw. Auswertungen
  • Außerdem erledigst du alle anfallenden administrativen Tätigkeiten

Was musst du mitbringen?

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) o. Ä.
  • Die Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung ist kein Neuland für dich
  • Du bringst sichere Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht mit
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen bist du sicher
  • Deine IT-Affinität hilft dir dabei, dich schnell in neue Programme (SAP/ DATEV/ Loga/ etc.) einzuarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert
