Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Eigenständige Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen über DATEV. Dazu gehört auch die Ermittlung der verschiedenen Zuschläge etc.
  • Auswertung der elektronischen Zeiterfassung sowie Pflege des Systems
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie das Führen der Personalakten
  • Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen sowie die gesamte Korrespondenz mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Krankenkassen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei allen Fragen rund die Lohnabrechnung
  • Begleitung von Prüfungen (Lohnsteuer- und Außenprüfungen der Deutschen Rentenversicherung).

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Weiterbildung im Bereich der Lohnbuchhaltung.
  • Software-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV / LODAS sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
