Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung der konzerninternen Kunden im Bereich des Dienstleistungsangebot "Payroll"
  • Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung des gültigen Arbeitsrechts und den an den
  • jeweiligen Standorten gültigen Tarifverträgen/Ergänzungstarifverträgen, des Lohnsteuerrechts und den Bestimmungen des Sozialversicherungsrechts in SAP
  • Bearbeitung der gesetzlichen elektronischen Bescheinigungsund Meldeverfahren
  • Verantwortliche Datenpflege und -kontrolle der Daten der anvertrauten Kunden in SAP
  • Pflege der Stammdaten in Successfactors (Eintritt, Veränderung, Austritt)
  • Pflege der digitalen Personalakte für alle zugesandten Dokumente aus HR local

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung (vorzugsweise bereits in SAP)
  • möglichst Zertifizierung als geprüfter Entgeltabrechner
  • sicherer Umgang mit SAPHCM, HR4YOU und Microsoft Office wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tickettools (JIRA) wünschenswert
  • sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretionsverständnis
