  • Kandidaten mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Deine Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige und fristgerechte Aufbereitung der monatlichen Lohn-
  • und Gehaltsabrechnung Verwaltung und laufende Betreuung der
  • Zeiterfassungssysteme Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und
  • Beschäftigte bei allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen Kommunikation mit
  • Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Krankenkassen Erstellung,
  • Auswertung und Aktualisierung von Berichten und Statistiken im
  • HR-Bereich Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • interner Abläufe und Prozesse Dein Profil Abgeschlossene
  • kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als
  • Steuerfachangestellte/r, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine
  • Weiterbildung zur/zum Lohnbuchhalter/in Fundierte Berufserfahrung in
  • der Entgeltabrechnung Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere sehr
  • gute Excel-Kenntnisse Kenntnisse in gängigen HR- und
  • Zeitwirtschaftssystemen von Vorteil Hohe Sorgfalt, Diskretion sowie
  • eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Deine
