Im Auftrag unseres Kunden besetzen wir die Position Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter / Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) in direkter Festanstellung.

📍 Raum Illertissen | Vollzeit

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten und Personalunterlagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zur Abrechnung und Sozialversicherung
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Meldungen und Auswertungen
  • Bearbeitung von Themen rund um Verträge, betriebliche Altersvorsorge und Direktversicherungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Abläufen in der Personalverwaltung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Steuerfachangestellter / Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder Personaldienstleistungskaufmann / Personaldienstleistungskauffrau (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
  • Umgang mit gängigen Abrechnungsprogrammen
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
