Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir in Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung Lohn- und Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen

  • Die Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Finanzdaten und -unterlagen
  • Die Erstellung und Überprüfung von Lohnabrechnungen und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Die Einhaltung von finanziellen Vorschriften und Gesetzen, wie dem Ersten Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB I)
  • Die Kommunikation mit dem Finanzamt und anderen Behörden
  • Die Beratung von Kunden und Mitarbeitern in finanziellen Angelegenheiten

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lohn- oder Finanzbuchhalter oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Finanzverwaltung oder im Rechnungswesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von finanziellen Vorschriften und Gesetzen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, vertrauliche Informationen verantwortungsvoll zu behandeln
