Als erfolgreiches Buchhaltungsbüro erstellen wir monatlich für ca. 6000 Mitarbeiter die Lohnabrechnungen und bearbeiten für 40 Betriebe die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Lfd. Lohnbuchhaltung: Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen inkl. aller steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Meldungen und Korrespondenz, nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung wünschenswert
  • gute Kenntnisse mit den MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel
  • zuverlässige, selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Identifizierung mit Ihrer Aufgabe
  • Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
