Als Lohnbuchhalter:in oder Fachwirt:in für Lohn und Gehalt unterstützen Sie unser Team bei der Durchführung vielfältiger Aufgaben im Bereich Personalabrechnung und Mandantenbetreuung. Ihre täglichen Aufgaben umfassen u. a. die Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen, die Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie die Bearbeitung lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Fragestellungen. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Finanzämtern und Mandant:innen.

Diese Vollzeitstelle bietet Ihnen nach der Probezeit ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell: Sie arbeiten sowohl in unserem Büro in Langenfeld als auch flexibel von zu Hause aus.

## Qualifikationen

  • Lohnabrechnung : Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen sowie im Umgang mit lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen sind erforderlich.
  • Abrechnung und Software : Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lohnabrechnungs- und Buchhaltungssoftware ist wünschenswert.
  • Personal- und Meldewesen : Sicherer Umgang mit Meldeverfahren, Bescheinigungen und der Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Berufsgenossenschaften und Behörden wird vorausgesetzt.

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r , Lohnbuchhalter:in oder Fachwirt:in für Lohn und Gehalt sowie Genauigkeit, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit sind notwendig.
