Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Lohnbuchhalter/in (m/w/d) für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Bad Honnef. IHRE AUFGABEN:

Selbstständige Erstellung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
Erfassung und Pflege der Mitarbeiter Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende, Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden
Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
Ansprechpartner/in bei lohnsteuerrechtlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Erstellung von Meldungen und Bescheinigungen

IHR PROFIL:

abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Lohnbuchhalter/in (m/w/d)/ Personalkauffrau/ -mann (m/w/d)
Erfahrungen in der Lohnbuchhaltung oder der Personalsachbearbeitung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datev Lohn- und Gehalt
Selbstständige, sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sie sind engagiert, motiviert und haben Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
