Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) für unser Kundenunternehmen in Ruhland gesucht. Wir suchen für unser renommiertes Kundenunternehmen in Ruhland einen engagierten und qualifizierten Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Wenn du eine Leidenschaft für Zahlen hast und gerne in einem dynamischen Team arbeitest, bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Führen von Personaldaten
  • Berechnung und Abführung von Sozialversicherungsbeiträgen und Steuern
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei lohnsteuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Statistiken
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn und Gehalt oder mehrjährige Berufserfarung in diesem Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit der Software Agenda wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Steuerrecht
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
