Zur Verstärkung unserer Personalabteilung suchen wir zu sofort für 16-20 Stunden/Woche:

### Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Erstellung von Meldungen, Bescheinigungen und Auswertungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung personalrelevanter Stammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um Lohn und Gehalt
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Personalwesen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Lohnbuchhaltung, Steuerfachwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV Lohn und Gehalt sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
