Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Arbeitszeitkonten
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Finanzämtern und Behörden
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Meldungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung digitaler Lohnabrechnungsprozesse

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungssoftware
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Spaß an Zahlen, Organisation und digitalen Tools
