Wir suchen für den Einsatz in Reichenbach einen Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d).

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und Zeiterfassungssystemen
  • Ansprechpartner*in für steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und anderen externen Stellen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken für die Geschäftsführung und das Controlling
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Lohnabrechnungsprozessen
  • Ihre Vorteile
