Was Sie erwartet:

  • Sie übernehmen die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für ca. 500 Mitarbeiter am Produktionsstandort in Lauchringen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Personalstammdaten
  • Sie erstellen Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit der Finanzabteilung zusammen
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Sie stehen für Rückfragen zur Verfügung
  • Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung aktiv ein

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Lohnbuchhaltungssoftware
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und genau
  • Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Sie sind teamfähig und kommunikativ
  • Abschluss
