Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d)

  • Zweck und Ziel der Stelle
  • Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Kunden einen engagierten und verantwortungsbewussten Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit in Dresden.
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung der termingerechten Entgeltabrechnung
  • Kompetente Ansprechperson für alle abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung
  • Korrespondenz und Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie anderen Behörden
  • Administrative Umsetzung von personellen Einzelmaßnahmen sowie Pflege der Personalstammdaten
  • Unterstützung in der Umsetzung von Optimierungsprozesse
  • Fachliche Anforderungen
  • Ausbildung als Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d), Personaldienstleisungskaufmann (m/w/d), als Fachassistent Lohn und Gehalt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen
  • vertrauensvolle, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • sicherer Umgang mit webbasierten Software Tools (Office 365, DATEV)
