Wir suchen für einen langjährigen Kunden am Standort Bensheim einen erfahrenen Lohnbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Unser Kunde ist auf das Recycling von Kabelabfällen spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen gewinnt daraus wertvolle Rohstoffe wie Kupfer, Aluminium und Kunststoffe zurück, die anschließend wiederverwendet werden. So trägt das Unternehmen zur Schonung von Ressourcen und zur Kreislaufwirtschaft bei.

Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für Mitarbeiter
  • Pflege der Personal- und Stammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner für Beschäftigte und Führungskräfte zu abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Prüfungen (z. B. Sozialversicherung, LSt-Prüfung)
  • Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und abrechnungsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finance und weiteren Schnittstellen

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung mit DATEV-Lodas.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit arbeits-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
