Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine/n qualifizierte/n Finanzbuchhalter/in (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Lohnbuchhaltung

  • Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Durchführung aller erforderlichen Meldungen
  • Verwaltung von Urlaubszeiten, Fehlzeiten und sonstigen Unterbrechungen

Finanzbuchhaltung

  • Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Erstellung und Übermittlung aller relevanten Meldungen
  • Tägliche Durchführung von Lastschrifteinzügen und Zahlungsläufen

Mahnwesen

  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Mahnungen
  • Weiterleitung offener Forderungen an den Rechtsanwalt

Personalwesen

  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen
  • Verwaltung der Personalunterlagen
  • Betreuung der Zeiterfassung
