Long-Form YouTube Video Editor

Hey there! We are looking for an A+ retention video editor that wants to get their foot in the door of an excellent, fast-growing company in the content creation space.

Hey there! We're on the hunt for video editors who can edit engaging talking head videos to join our team of rockstars! We're not just any regular company, and this is not your average 9-to-5 job. What You’ll Do:

Edit 1-2 high-quality long-form, landscape videos (15+ minutes) per week, focusing on retention and engagement.

Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.

Ensure all video content aligns with our brand’s tone, style, and message.

Maintain organized video files and project timelines for streamlined production.

Communicate effectively with the team to meet deadlines and project goals.

You're a great fit if you have:

(REQUIRED) Previous experience editing engaging long-form (talking head) YouTube videos

Expertise in video editing software including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or any similar software that can produce top-level quality videos (average length: 15 minutes)

A strong portfolio that showcases your video editing skills and creativity

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Creative mind and storytelling skills

Knowledge of similar brands is a plus (Iman Gadzhi, Ali Abdaal, Hamza)

A sense of humor, love for memes, and a knack for pop-culture references are bonuses
