Lot Attendant / Customer Service Representative (URGENTLY HIRING)

Do you enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment? U-Haul is looking for friendly, dependable team members to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized lot.

Shifts: Openers, Mid Day shifts, Closings shifts and weekends

Pay: $16-$19 per hour

Responsibilities:

• •Greet and assist customers with rentals, returns, and U-Haul services
• •Prepare, inspect, clean, and position trucks, trailers, and equipment
• •Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-ready lot
• •Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory
• •Answer customer questions and recommend products and services
• •Support daily operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• •Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• •Strong customer service and communication skills
• •Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• •Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• •Ability to move equipment, connect trailers, and lift supplies
• •Comfortable working in an active, outdoor environment
