Lot Technician

Performance Honda Fairfield is hiring a Lot Technician! As a Lot Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our inventory looking its best and our dealership running smoothly. You'll help maintain the appearance and organization of vehicles on the lot, support sales and service operations, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Compensation:

• •$14.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
• •Experience-based

Work Schedule:

• •Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• •Off Saturday and Sunday

Requirements

• •Maintains vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning vehicles, refilling fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
• •Places buyer’s guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• •Drives vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• •Makes key tags for vehicles.
• •Photographing vehicles to place on web pages.
• •Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• •Shop maintenance.
• •Shuttle service customers.
• •Dealer trades.
• •Cleans driveway and sidewalks - including snow removal when needed.
• •Help with setting up any events or community-based activities.
• •Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma/GED required.
• •Ability to follow directions and execute efficiently.
• •Good organizational skills.
• •Able to move and park all automobiles (automatic and standard transmission).
• •Basic computer literacy.
• •Driver's license with driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
