Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Staff

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Staff Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where your skills and compassion will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status

- Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Document patient care activities accurately and timely

- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment

- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety protocols
